Joseph Migliaccio-Founder/President Hometown: Buffalo New York Education: S.U.N.Y. Binghamton Degree: A.S. Accounting
After learning the construction-trade during his teen years, "Joe" Migliaccio honed his skills building custom homes in his native-city of Buffalo New York through the 1970's before moving he and his wife to the Sunshine State in the early 1980's. Prior to founding Migliaccio Enterprises, Joe worked at Bergeron Construction as one of their Project Managers. After his time there, he decided to take his Master-Carpenter Skills, and match them with his dream of owning a business. Three months later, in Lake Mary Florida, MIGLIACCIO ENTERPRISES was born.
Joann Migliaccio-Chief of Administration Services Hometown: Buffalo, New York Education: S.U.N.Y. Binghamton Degree: A.A. Business Administration
Besides the obvious connection to the founder of Migliaccio Enterprises, Joann brings to our organization more than a decade's worth of experience in office management, and financial oversight. She is the "nerve-center" of our office, and usually the first person you talk to when calling our company.

Construction Project Management Certification studies Vanderbilt University
Member of: Southern Building Code Council International. American College of Forensics Examiners International
Prior to joining our team, Kathleen held several posts in construction management over the past three decades, learning the profession from the "ground up", beginning with skill of drafting with pencil and paper back in the early1980's, and learning CAD in the past decade. Over the years, Kathleen worked for several Engineers and Architectural firms, as well as builders in both residential and commercial construction. She later parlayed these design-skills with engineering marvels such as Robert Anderson Engineering Consultants of New Orleans, acting as his "point-man" in Greater Florida. From there, she continued honing her skills in construction-management, culminating with owning her own construction company for more than seven years, and later holding the title of Vice President of Construction for what was at the time, the largest Franchise of Arthur Ruttenburg Homes. From there, and until July of 2008, Kathleen held the title of Project Manager, overseeing the construction responsibilities of BSP Construction Services' 100-Million Dollar Multi-Use Project in Oviedo, Florida.
In addition to being the license-holder for Migliaccio Enterprises, Kathleen has built a solid reputation for being a "case-maker" on several litigated law-suits involving shoddy workmanship and inferior materials that were used on both residential and commercial construction over the past decade here in Central Florida. Over the course of this time, she has performed Forensics Investigations on behalf of clients represented by Foley and Lardner, Shuffield-Lowman, and most recently Gray-Robinson, and has taken the oath on the Witness-Stand on more than one occasion as a professional Witness in Construction Forensics.
